Призначення сервісу
FLOlux використовує повідомлення, щоб відповідати на запити, допомагати з вибором товару, оформленням, оплатою, доставкою, поверненням і підтримкою замовлень. Надсилаючи повідомлення FLOlux, ви просите нас опрацювати звернення та, за потреби, звʼязати його із замовленням або карткою клієнта.
Правила використання
Ви погоджуєтеся надавати точну інформацію, не видавати себе за іншу особу та не використовувати канал для шахрайства, незаконних дій, спаму, шкідливого коду чи матеріалів, що порушують права інших. FLOlux може обмежити обробку звернення, якщо це потрібно для безпеки, виконання закону або захисту працівників і клієнтів.
Instagram і сторонні сервіси
Instagram є сервісом Meta Platforms і працює за власними умовами та правилами. Доступність Instagram, Meta Graph API, доставки повідомлень та інших сторонніх сервісів не контролюється FLOlux. Використання Instagram не замінює правила купівлі, оплати, доставки чи повернення, які повідомляються для конкретного замовлення.
Доступність і відповідальність
Ми прагнемо підтримувати канал доступним і відповідати коректно, але не гарантуємо безперервну роботу сторонніх платформ або миттєву доставку кожного повідомлення. У межах, дозволених законом, FLOlux не відповідає за перебої або втрату доступу, спричинені Meta, оператором звʼязку чи іншим незалежним сервісом.
Зміни та звернення
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови, коли змінюється сервіс або законодавство; актуальна дата публікується вище. Питання щодо цих умов можна надіслати в тій самій офіційній Instagram-переписці з FLOlux. Порядок видалення даних і перевірки статусу запиту доступний на сторінці видалення даних.

These terms cover customer conversations with FLOlux through Instagram Direct and other support channels. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Purpose of the service
FLOlux uses messaging to answer enquiries and assist with product selection, ordering, payment, delivery, returns and order support. By messaging FLOlux, you ask us to handle the enquiry and, where needed, link it to an order or customer record.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, not impersonate another person, and not use the channel for fraud, unlawful activity, spam, malicious code or material that infringes another person's rights. FLOlux may limit handling of an enquiry where needed for security, legal compliance, or the protection of staff and customers.
Instagram and third-party services
Instagram is a Meta Platforms service and operates under its own terms and policies. FLOlux does not control the availability of Instagram, the Meta Graph API, message delivery or other third-party services. Using Instagram does not replace purchase, payment, delivery or return terms communicated for a specific order.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the channel available and respond accurately, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms or instant delivery of every message. To the extent permitted by law, FLOlux is not responsible for disruption or loss of access caused by Meta, a network operator or another independent service.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms when the service or applicable law changes; the current publication date appears above. Questions about these terms can be sent in the same official Instagram conversation with FLOlux. Data deletion instructions and request-status checking are available on the data deletion page.
